Most items are made to order. Total delivery time is tailoring time + shipping time.
Timeline
- Tailoring: typically 7-35 business days, depending on the costume complexity.
- Shipping: typically 3-16 business days after tailoring, depending on destination.
Carriers and tracking
We ship via established international carriers. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Customs and duties
Duties, taxes, and VAT (where applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout.
