How long does full delivery usually take?

For most made-to-order cosplay items, total delivery time is tailoring (7-10 business days) plus shipping (5-10 business days).

What if I need help after ordering?

You can contact after-sales support for sizing, shipping, and order issue assistance.

Returns & Refunds

We want every order to arrive as expected. If there is an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours: full cancellation is usually available.
  • After production starts: partial cancellation may apply because materials and labor have been committed.
  • After shipment: cancellation is no longer available, but return options may still apply based on item condition.

Eligible return/refund cases

  • Wrong item shipped.
  • Major quality issue confirmed by photos/video.
  • Missing critical parts from the original set.

Not eligible

  • Normal color variation caused by screen differences.
  • Fit issues caused by incorrect self-measurement submission.
  • Items that are worn, washed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

How to request support

Send your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Our team will provide a solution path (replacement, alteration credit, store credit, or refund where applicable).
