For best results, ask a friend to help measure and use a soft tape measure. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

- Waist (natural waistline)

- Arm length
- Inseam
Tips
- Measure over thin clothing or base layer.
- Compare your numbers with each product’s size chart; product charts always take priority.
