At DonkiCosplay, most costumes are made-to-order to keep quality and fit consistent. Delivery time is usually:

• Processing time: 5-20 business days depending on complexity and season.
• Shipping time: 4-12 business days based on destination and shipping method.
• Total delivery time: Processing + Shipping.

Before you place an order

• Please order early for conventions, photoshoots, or fixed event dates.
• Use a complete street address and valid phone number for courier delivery.
• P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses may not be available for some methods.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes charged by destination authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
